General Return Policy
STEP 1. Contact us
STEP 2. Sending your return
Please make sure that you package the return properly and we can identify your order from your packaging data. Either send it in your name or include your information in the package.
We highly recommend you keep the proof of postage and ideally you send purchase a delivery that provides you with a tracking number and insurance. You are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse and this helps settle any possible disputes since packages get occasionally lost or temporarily misplaced by all delivery companies.
STEP 3. Refunding / Exchange
Once we get your package in our warehouse, we will process to issue you a refund or replace your item according to our agreement. We aim to process returns as fast as possible, but please do feel free to email us to ask about the status of your return.
30 Days Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy and we will take back all products that for any reason are not what you want. Of course, the state of the returned product has to be new.
How does the return policy work?
You first contact us via email. Then send us back the products, in a new condition, and you cover the return postage costs. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we will replace or refund you the full price of the product purchased.
1 Year Warranty
We stand by the quality of all of our products. Since we produce most of them and we care a lot about customer satisfaction, we offer a 1-year warranty on almost all of your products.
*Exceptions apply to products such as books and DVDs, a 30-day return policy applies to these.
